We would love your gently used, clean clothing and gender-affirming garments for our free community clothing closet coming to Glenwood Park on July 17th!

- Please separate clothes by size and function
- Clean, gently-used items only
- If you wouldn’t gift it to a friend, don’t bring it!
- High Needs items: gender-affirming garments, plus sizes, interview styles, alternative clothing (goth, emo, etc.), natural fibers

in addition to clothing, we also need: VOLUNTEERS, hangers, clothing racks, mirrors, pop-up changing room, shopping bags!
This is an ALL-VOLUNTEER, by the community, for the community effort! We can’t make it happen without your help! If you can spare a few hours to make the community closet happen, let us know if you can volunteer with any of these shifts:
- Monday, July 14, 4:30-7:00pm. Help receive and sort clothing, 5800 SE 91st Ave.
- Thursday, July 17, 3:30-5:30pm. Help load heavy clothing bags into a truck at 5800 SE 91st Ave, help unload at Glenwood Park. Help unload at Glenwood Park
- Thursday, July 17, 4:30 – 5:30pm. Meet at park and wait until transported clothes arrive! Help set up the clothing closet and changing room, hang clothes, decorate at Glenwood Park
- Thursday, July 17, 5:30-8:30pm. Staff clothing closet: assist shoppers, help bag items, maintain tidy space and access areas
- Thursday, July 17, 8:30 – 9:15pm. Help break down, bag remaining clothing, load into truck at Glenwood Park, unload at storage
Please wear a mask if you are volunteering at the community clothing closet! N95s provided.
