The Lents neighborhood has one of the highest scores for heat vulnerability in the City 🌆 and adding tree cover to the streets is a priority for the neighborhood. 🌲🌳🌿
@eastpdxcollective is partnering with @thriveeastpdx to conduct a 🌲TREE Enhancement Program🌳 walkabout event in the neighborhood! 🌈

…for a 🌳tree walkabout🌲 to learn more about the benefits of street trees and how to get involved in bringing more shade to our neighborhoods. 🌿
Meet at 6 PM at the corner of SE 91nd Ave. and Foster Rd., at the Woody Guthrie apartments building, where parking is available.
🗺 We will walk on SE 92nd Ave. north to Harold St., then east along SE Harold St. around to the pedestrian walkway that heads south to Foster Rd. We will end back at Woody Guthrie apartments.
