Lents Pride Makers Market 2025
This market is made possible through a partnership between East Portland Collective and Lents International Farmers Market. The East Portland Collective partners with volunteer artists, teachers and organizers to offer free classes, workshops, entertainment, and a space to just be to our underserved and underrepresented community members. Lents International Farmers Market (LIFM) provides fresh, local, and culturally relevant produce to the diverse community of Lents neighbors in southeast Portland.
WHAT
East Portland Collective’s Lents PRIDE Makers Market Hosted at the Lents Farmers Market: Culturally vibrant LGBTQIA+ makers market, featuring locally made arts and crafts, in the heart of the Lents International Farmers Market, surrounded by a variety of fresh produce, ready-to-eat meals and artisan treats. The Makers Market will accept ARTS & CRAFTS vendor applications ONLY. NO food products are allowed in this portion of the event.
WHERE:
Lents International Farmers Market is located at SE 92nd & Reedway, in the Lents Community Plaza next to the ZED building. The closest address is 5718 SE 92nd Ave, Portland, Oregon 97266. LIFM is ADA accessible. This market is easily accessible via Trimet. The Lents/SE Foster MAX stop and several bus routes provide service just a block or two of the market. Free on-street and bike parking is available.

TABLING & VENDING FEES:
Per Portland Farmers Market policy, a 5ft. x 5ft. vendor space costs $36.
FINANCIAL HARDSHIP:
East Portland Collective is especially devoted to increasing accessibility for underserved, underrepresented, and marginalized artists. If the $36 booth fee is a hardship, or if you face other hardships to be able to participate (including, but not limited to, childcare, lost wages, cost of materials, transportation, etc.) please let us know under Special Requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you can afford to pay more than $36, we encourage you to pay what you can so that we can help cover costs for low-income vendors who might not otherwise be able to participate.
SAFETY AND ACCESSIBILITY:
This event will follow all Multnomah and State County Health Advisories. Additionally, we are recommending masks for the safety and well-being of our community. Masks will be made available for those who don’t have one. A Safety Station, providing hand sanitizer, masks, and hand washing will be at the event. The space will have windows open to the outside at all times.
The event space is ADA accessible, including an ADA-accessible restroom that can comfortably fit mobility devices such as wheelchairs. If we can do anything to increase your accessibility to this event, please let us know.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
Applications to vend will be accepted on a rolling basis until June 22, 2025. Only completed applications will be accepted (answer ALL required questions and complete the required attachments).
You must have an email confirmation from East Portland Collective and be able to show it at the event in order to vend. This market is a craft market only (absolutely NO food products allowed) and all items must be made, not just designed, by you (i.e. not imported or mass produced). LGBTQIA+ artists are highly encouraged to apply!
Artists will be selected based on information provided with the goal of curating a diverse art vendors group. Applications will be reviewed by organizers on a rolling basis!
Artists will be selected on a rolling basis and notified starting Monday, June 16, 2025 via email. Artists/Vendors have three days to confirm their availability and agree to the waiver of liability and vendor contract (sent to review with notification).
